Terrible rewards scheme
I have contacted you three times to synchronise my account with my wife’s but nobody can make it work. This is very frustrating as we are losing out on many more points. I will no longer be shopping at Morrisons , I’m going to shop at a less expensive shop

£25 pound waiting to be loaded for our Christmas shopping. Failed to load to the More card when I tried many times. You appear to have given many people false hopes and it’s still not working!

The more card rewards have really let me down spending so much over so many weeks leading up to Christmas. I did and some goods were just a fraction more. I thought in the long run I will get my money out. It will help with the food shop for Xmas. I didn’t even get a penny. I’ve left messages. Didn’t sort it out for Xmas. Morrisons you let me down badly. For Christmas included. Disgusted angry shopper. Xx
