Nothing else to say. Apart from the fact that Morrisons Rewards are so complicated in nature i sometimes wonder if they are a recruiter for GCHQ.

Always have login issues after an app update. Supposedly it’s the same login as your standard Morrisons shopping account… yeah right! The More app always says incorrect details/password yet I’ve logged in and out of my shopping account. Happens every time, and it’s fricken annoying to the point I’ve given up using and shopping there.

I can get onto online shopping ok but cannot access the app for my card despite changing my password. Frustrated as I threw my physical card away!

What a rubbish . The points doesnt add up.

If you actually work out how much it would take to earn £5 in points on fuel!. It’s around £1000 in fuel to get £5 off in Morrisons!!!. What a joke and yet another rip off for UK consumers being robbed at every corner either with a knife or from a corporation like Amazon,eBay,Uber or Morrisons. The list is endless. Every aspect of life is now subject to corporate theft!!!.

This is one of the worst supermarket loyalty schemes . It doesn’t add your points to your card. The update is rubbish. So I’ll be give this app zero points. Morrison’s obviously doesn’t value it’s customer’s.

The offers are few and far between but Morrisons want you continually check their App by forcing you look for them then activate them. If not, you miss out. ASDA automatically activates these offers for their customers but Morrisons refuse to. Why compel regular and loyal customers to do this? I’ve missed out a few times. I spend a lot in Morrisons and shop regularly. Today I popped in for a few things and because I have neither the time nor inclination to obsess over their App, I didn’t spot the “spend £40, get 4000 points” offer. Seen it said that you can take a receipt back and ask for it to be added but that’s not helpful if you don’t take receipts and in any case there’s zero chance I’d be returning to any store to beg for my offer to be activated on account of my failure to obsess over their App. I’m sick of looking at the App. I suppose it helps the profits when customers don’t spot these things and just let it go. I know my feedback won’t change anything so from now on I’ll be travelling that little bit further to ASDA. Morrisons will be my go to only for milk or anything needed in a hurry. I really feel for people who have difficulty with Apps and surely paying way over the odds for their shopping.

The app Has logged me out and says incorrect password but I can log in on the website with the same details??

Everyday when I go look at the App, I’m logged out and have to log back in. I’ve set it up to keep me logged in and use Face ID but never works!

I’ve downloaded the app and keep being told that a 6 figure code has been sent via my email address but I have received nothing.
