I’ve been working hard on losing weight and getting fit and hoped this app could be great for ideas and workouts. So far I can only find one suitable programme for me as I’m not a body builder just a busy working mum with a basic home gym. The home work outs aren’t even that accessible for all and the meal plan is ridiculous. Reckons I can make a full main meal for lunch and dinner, I work, I can’t just pop home and make steak and veg in the middle of the day!! Such a shame but I’ve just wasted £60 as it’s of no use to me.

When trying to swap out a meal, it deletes the full day’s plan.  Why can’t you just swap one meal without it deleting your full day’s plan?

I was enjoying this app until started noticing tech probs with the app on the meal plans. Every-time you change a meal to something else it would remove your entire meal plan for the day and I had to remember what was there. I contacted customer services and they could not fix it and I had to keep chasing instead of them updating me. It’s a shame as I was enjoying the workouts and seeing progress but the meals plans were driving me mad when they would remove themselves.
