### ****- "Great Now That it Stopped Crashing"
I used to have a lot of issues with the app crashing when I opened a picture/learning story but that hasn’t happened since the school reset it and deleted last year’s pics. Every now and again it won’t send me a notification when messages are posted. Overall though, I think it’s great and how the school uses it decides how effective it is.

The idea behind the app is good but navigating it is not user friendly. There are lots of different tabs for information but actually finding information or updates through it is quite complicated and not overall user friendly.

I wish our playschool didn’t use this app as the primary means of communication. It’s so clunky and unintuitive to use, it formats any learning stories and pictures weirdly, downloading info is hit and miss, etc. More often than not it crashes and freezes and requires a reinstall to work. Rubbish if it was free, scandalous that it’s paid.

Sometimes get notifications, mostly don’t. No rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes can download photos and videos, often can’t. Have to delete and reinstall the app regularly to fix errors but no app updates showing.

No notifications sent when the school posts updates or notices. You have to click through a bunch of screens to try find where the school has posted information. It’s a great idea by the school to implement an app but for a paid app, this one is absolute rubbish and very poorly designed. Instead of improving and streamlining communication, it’s just made it more difficult.

App is so defective and unperformant. 
Have stopped checking in on my children’s progress through the app because I haven’t the patience to deal with several app crashes, timeouts, and losing 50% of my battery to heat.
