Es gab mal ApplePay und buchen war einfach und schnell - unter 1 Min end-to-end. Habe gerade 10 Minuten alleine mit dem PayPal Checkout zugebracht, weil es kein ApplePay mehr gibt und die PayPal-Integration nicht sauber funktioniert. Inakzeptabel. Ich bin treuer MotelOne-Kunde, aber nicht mehr lange, wenn das so bleibt.

Wir haben schon sehr oft in den Hotels der Motel One Kette übernachtet. 
Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal ist super nett

### ****- "App hängt neuerdings"
Guten Tag zusammen, bisher gab es fünf Sterne für die MotelOne-App. Nutze sie auf dem iPhone 11 als auch auf dem iPad 11 Pro. Grossartig.

Punkt 1: 
Seit ein paar Wochen hängt die App sich ständig auf und reagiert nicht oder extrem zeitverzögert.

Punkt 2:
Weshalb muss ich beim Einchecken, obwohl immer im Voraus bezahlt, erneut meine Kreditkarten-Daten eingeben? Total nervig !!!

Ansonsten eine super App. -> sofern sie wieder funktioniert. (neuester Version, alle updates gemacht, Tel auf dem neuesten Stand , Neustart ebenfalls)

Vielen Dank für die Aufmerksamkeit. Vielleicht kann sich jemand mal ransetzen und sich kümmern.

… ist ein großartiges Feature, vor allem, wenn die Schlange am Checkin lang ist.

Ich habe allerdings einen schrägen Bug festgestellt: Jedenfalls im Motel One Aachen kann sich die App nicht mit dem Türschloss verbinden, wenn die Sprache der App auf Englisch eingestellt ist. Ich stand ziemlich lange vor der Tür und habe alles Mögliche probiert, bis ich irgendwann die Sprache auf Deutsch geändert habe, dann ging es.

Die App an sich ist ja ok, aber wenn ich am Pc eine Reservierung mit dem selben Account wie in der App mache und diese dann nicht in der App sehe, ist diese für laufende Reisen unbrauchbar. Nochmal anders, mein Pc bleibt daheim und mein Handy mit der App nehme ich in der Regel mit auf die Reise. Sind dann die Daten nicht in der App auf dem Handy, wird die App zur Nullnummer.
