I deeply regret choosing Motherhood Hospital. What was supposed to be a place of care and support turned out to be a complete nightmare. The staff is utterly unprofessional, uncoordinated, and shockingly indifferent to patients’ needs. We were blatantly misguided and manipulated into purchasing one of their overpriced packages, which they conveniently didn’t fully explain until after payment. Once we were locked in, we were tied to just one branch of the hospital—no flexibility, no proper communication, and zero concern for our convenience or well-being. It felt like we were tricked into a trap. There was no basic coordination between departments or staff members. Every time we asked a question, we were met with conflicting answers or complete ignorance. It was frustrating and emotionally exhausting. And let’s talk about the money—we were ripped off, plain and simple. Extra charges kept popping up with no transparency, and when we questioned the billing, the staff either had no answers or gave vague excuses. The entire experience—from the incompetent service to the money-minded approach and total lack of empathy—was traumatic and disappointing. I wouldn’t wish this kind of treatment on anyone, especially during such a sensitive time. Please think twice before trusting this place. After undergoing 4-5 scans with consistently inaccurate results, I found myself emotionally and mentally drained. Moreover, Dr. Alwa never performed a physical examination to identify the issue. In stark contrast, a visit to another doctor at a different hospital led to effective treatment in just one appointment, where I was informed that I had never had the issue Dr. Alwa suggested required surgery.
