## Motina Reviews in India

### *---- "Very Disappointing Experience – Not Trustworthy"
I am extremely disappointed with this app’s service. They never deliver the product on time. Even after waiting for more than one and a half hours, the delivery keeps getting delayed without any proper explanation.
The most serious issue is that they do not deliver the exact brand that you order. Instead, the delivery person tries to give a different company’s product without informing you. This is completely unacceptable. When I raised a complaint about this, they denied their mistake and made different excuses every time.
I have faced this issue multiple times. Their delivery partners and even the owner only give excuses instead of solving the problem. There is no accountability and no proper customer support.
Because of these repeated bad experiences, I strongly suggest that people should think twice before ordering from this app. Otherwise, you may receive the wrong product, lose time, and miss the opportunity to buy the original brand you actually wanted.

### ***** "Excellent Application"
