The Motion for Audi connect service features a mobile app and provides a range of helpful services for your Audi vehicle, including Automatic Crash Notifications, SOS Emergency Calls, on-demand Roadside Assistance, and much more.

Here are some of the key features

Automatic Crash Notification
In the event of a crash, you’ll be automatically connected with a qualified emergency services representative. If required, local first responders can be dispatched to your vehicle’s location.

Stolen Vehicle Locator
If your vehicle is stolen, you can report this to an authorized Audi representative via the app. Audi will work with local law enforcement to help track, locate and recover your vehicle.

Roadside Assistance
You’re just a couple of taps away from on-demand roadside assistance. Get the help you need, when and where you need it.

Live Vehicle Trip Tracking
With live GPS tracking on a map, you’ll always know where your car is, whether it is parked or on a trip.

SOS Emergency Call
Peace of mind comes with an SOS feature to help you make emergency calls via the Motion for Audi connect app

Vehicle Status Reports
Keep an eye on your vehicle’s health in the app. If something happens, such as a diagnostic issue, you’ll be notified and provided with helpful information.

This app does not deserve the one star rating. I was upgraded to the 4G and forced to use this app on 1/28/2022. Since then I have been at my dealership twice for a total of 5 hours trying to get it to work correctly. The support contacts seem unsure of their answers when we contacted them. Upon leaving dealership yesterday, I checked my phone and opened the app before starting a 40 mile trip. Evidently, something stopped the app from scoring my drive - so I don’t know if the safety options are working or not. Audi shame on you for rushing this and causing so much inconvenience to your customers.

While, I do believe the app is a good app, there has been one big unresolved issue from the very beginning. The application keeps telling me that Bluetooth is not connected or it is not connected to Bluetooth. The app is definitely connected to Bluetooth as it’s giving me information regarding the car, however, your company has never resolved this issue. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and reconnected many times even with your online help to no avail. Please fix the issue. Thank you.
