Have to set the app up on desktop?
So i downloaded the app thinking it would be great for me, only to have the app demand to be set up on desktop before I could use it. Not sure if I’ll ever use it now…
It’s an app. Make it so you can set it up in the app.
Innovative yet stressful
I see the appeal of the app, and I think it has good potential! Personally for me it is a pain to use most of the time, mainly due to its auto scheduling not being understanding enough. For example when I have a report that I need to deliver at 5pm, it often auto schedules it for earlier in the day. And I can’t find a “repeat task everyday” in the task section. And I wish it was easier to make different “calendars” in Motion to sort events for different activities. These are just some of my pains, so I stick to time blocking in Apple calendar + Reminders for todo list for the time being.
I’ll be revisiting the app at a later time when it has had some more time to “mature”.
Otherwise I enjoy the app!
Unique time planning tool with some bugs
This is a VERY Nice to-do list and Calendar in one tool, and no one else has this functionality. The app is brand new, which appears in the form of bugs and missing features; hence only four stars for now. If the Motion team irons these out, it will be the perfect app for planning and prioritization!
App crashes
The app crashes every time you try to add conferencing, using Outlook. You cannot book meeting rooms using the “location” field either. Any plans for including this? If not, the app makes no sense…
