While Motion has potential and the concept of having all your “stuff” in one place is genuinely useful, the app falls short for the price. The interface is clean and the scheduling features are smart, but not enough to justify the high subscription cost.

There are other tools out there that offer similar functionality at a much lower price point—or even free. For what it offers, Motion feels overpriced, especially if you’re not a heavy user or working within a team.

It’s a promising app, but until the pricing becomes more reasonable or the value significantly improves, it’s hard to recommend.

I purchased an annual plan through my Apple account. Despite the successful payment, the subscription is not reflecting in the app — it continues to prompt me to subscribe again.
I’ve attempted to resolve the issue by restoring the purchase, but without success. I’ve also submitted numerous support tickets, but I have not received any response, which has been quite frustrating.
 
I am unable to access any features. I really liked the app and was so excited to use it but now I feel like they stole my money and am frustrated that no one has reached out to help me. What a horrible and expensive experience.

I was really looking forward to using the app, as I seen many advertisements of it on various social media platforms. Until it was time for me to signup and I noticed I only got a 7 day free trial, however the price was absolutely outrageous. I don’t think I will ever use this app if that’s what it costs.

I tried the 7day free trial and subscribed to pay a monthly fee thereafter, Use motion falsely stated my desicion and billed me for a whole year, their lack of clear advertising and support has left me in a financial state as i can not claim my money back because there is no support structure and their bot chat renders useless.
