I cannot recommend this enough!

I’m truly amazed at how well this organized my day and how I got so much done

Make sure you read the directions and this application is well worth the investment across all your devices and platforms.

Desktop version of this has been AMAZING, If I could rate that I’d rate it 5 stars (the only feedback there is I still feel like I’m not utilizing its full potential, if you can refer me to a place that has all the features/and how to do them that’d be great) The app on the other hand is missing a lot and is not stable whatsoever, soon as I click an event the app crashes for example. Soon as these are solved I’m ready to give this product a high rating, the mobile app just needs attention.

My favorite todo and calendar app ever after trying many many of them over the years. Motion is a life changer as a person with 4 calendars and both business and personal tasks to manage! Anybody who blinks at the price should stop comparing to todo apps and calendar apps and instead compare motion to the cost of hiring an elite skilled personal assistant to perpetually automatically manage your calendar and task rescheduling.

Not having option to add travel time for out of office appointments is key and will not allowing this adds task automatically to when I would be traveling. Unfortunately, I did not discover this until after I had paid for a full year. If that changed, I’d give 5 stars.

The UI is very hard to understand and it’s buggy. I can see how this app could be helpful but doesn’t work for me…

For a fraction of the price you can have ChatGPT create an easier schedule by just brainstorming via a voice note. You’re paying $45 a month of $250 a year to have a program auto import tasks you have to manually enter to a calendar. Clown behavior honestly.

I have barely scratched the surface of workflow management but in the few days I have been using this program, my productivity has skyrocketed.
