## MotionTrails Description
Motion Trails turns a short, locked-off clip into a single flowing image where every moving subject leaves a trail — the daylight long-exposure look, straight from your iPhone. No special lens, no ND filter, no darkroom math.

Prop your phone on a ledge or tripod, point it at something fast, and Motion Trails paints each pass — a bird, a cyclist, a wave, a passing car — as a streak of silhouettes over a perfectly still background.

HOW IT WORKS

Record a few seconds with the camera held still (or import a clip you already have).
Tune the look on a live preview — density, sensitivity, fade and colour.
Export a clean, loop-ready video to Photos, or share it anywhere.
BUILT FOR FAST MOTION
Motion Trails keys on speed, not just change. Fast subjects leave trails; slow drift like clouds, swaying branches and shifting light is quietly ignored — so your trails stay crisp and your sky stays clean.

MAKE IT YOURS
• Subject hint — tell it whether your subject is a dark silhouette (birds on sky), a bright shape (headlights, splashes) or a different colour.
• Motion sensitivity — from only the fastest movers to slower action.
• Trail density — sparse and graphic, or a dense, continuous ribbon.
• Fade — let trails persist, or melt away over time.
• Colour — keep it natural, or sweep older trails through a colour gradient as they age.
• Frozen or live — hold the scene as a still, or let clouds and water keep moving under the trails.
• Crop presets — 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9 for any feed.
• Handheld motion — add lifelike camera sway with optional depth parallax for an organic, shot-by-hand feel.
• Ignore regions — brush away busy water or foliage so trails only form where you want.

KEEP YOUR WORK
Every clip becomes a project you can reopen, re-tune and re-export. Rename it, manage its exports, and pick up exactly where you left off.

FREE — AND ACTUALLY FREE
Every effect is unlocked for everyone. No watermark, no subscription, no in-app purchases, no account. Everything runs on your device — your clips never leave your iPhone.

Best with a fixed camera and a fast subject: birds and flocks, cyclists and runners, traffic and trains, waves and waterfalls, sports and skate lines, even stars.

Turn motion into trails.
