I was looking for a fitness app as I was running out of ideas for my workouts. A friend told me about Motivate so I downloaded it! I found it really easy to use and has a lot of levels Which are great and challenging for me as at times I was getting stagnant or feel like I would never achieve our fitness goal or goals -like I hit this plateau. I consider myself mid level with my workouts and I really like that there is A variety within the app. I’m excited that I’m able to use and track my fitness within the weeks and months which will keep me focused on my progress, and target certain areas that I considered my problem areas. I can say I’m definitely motivated :) I am really looking forward to achieving my fitness goal
