## Motivations Checker Description
Du bist Lehrer, wünschst dir Feedback von Deinen Schülern und möchtest gleichzeitig deren eigene Wahrnehmung für die Klasse in ihrer Gesamtheit stärken? Diese App gibt dir eine einfache Möglichkeit. Stelle deinen Schülern eine Frage wie z.B.:

- Wie motiviert bist du heute?
- Wie gut konntest du dem Unterricht folgen?
- Wie gut sind wir für unsere Aufführung vorbereitet?

Anschließend tippt jeder Schüler (möglichst Anonym) auf einen Smiley. Auf der nächsten Seite siehst du den Durchschnitts-Smiley der Klasse. Ist das Ergebnis überraschend, kannst du reagieren und ggf. deine Pläne ändern. Ist es wie erwartet, kann dir das Sicherheit und Selbstvertrauen geben. In jedem Fall fühlt sich der Schüler wahrgenommen und sieht, wie er im Vergleich zur Klasse empfindet. Die soziale Komponente steht hier also an erster Stelle!

Tolle App für ehrliches Feedback im Unterricht!"
Ich nutze den Motivations Checker regelmäßig in meiner Gitarrenklasse – die Kinder lieben es! Durch die anonymen Rückmeldungen bekomme ich einen objektiven Eindruck davon, wie der Unterricht ankommt. Besonders der Smiley, der das Stimmungsbild der ganzen Gruppe zeigt, berührt die Schüler immer wieder aufs Neue. Eine einfache, aber geniale Idee, um Motivation, Gemeinschaft und Selbstreflexion zu fördern.
