Description

The MotiveWave mobile application complements our desktop application and is broker neutral with current support for 4 brokers, allowing you to easily trade and monitor futures, stocks, forex and crypto from wherever you are. MotiveWave does not include data and additional brokers may be added in future releases.

The mobile application supports multiple broker connections within the same Workspace or you can create separate Workspaces for each broker.

The application supports two layout modes:
Phone - optimized layout (portrait mode) that shows a single screen at a time
Tablet - Docking framework for displaying multiple docks (charts, watch lists, account info, order book, Time/Sales and Depth of Market)

Freezes/ black out

I love motive wave but the app tends to freeze , lag or even black out , for example I will have open positions while I am out , I try to login and the app is either not opening or showing me a black screen. Hopefully they can fix this issue soon. This issue has gotten me in avoidable drawdown.

Needs work

The app is great to have for when I'm on the go but I often experience freezing where the charts stop responding to touch. It's also frustrating that the mobile version doesn't have all the same indicators as the desktop version. I'm trying to replicate my charts on my iPad but I can't because the indicators I use aren't all there. The app is close but needs work.

Love the DOM

Still learning but it is awesome, been scalping the NQ from the DOM 🔥🔥 I have a question, I subscribed on the app store, do i need a different subscription to use it on a pc?

Freezes, Bugs, Instability

Motivewave is designed well but performs poorly. During use it has frozen, black screened. Orders time out. Charts freeze. It froze at open yesterday. It also black screened numerous times. I see they haven’t updated for 5 months. Its 50 dollars a month for garbage performance and obviously no updates to these issues. Only use as a last resort to your main trading platform.

The application is currently dead and everything I open appears only a black screen. Please send a new update to fix the bug and add binance as well.

First try?

If you delete your workspaces then you get a black screen of death. Try it. You have to delete the app and redownload. Why do I have to create a workspace before I login to my motivewave account? I want to use my cloud motivewave workspaces. Which apparently isn’t possible. If you create a default workspace just to login, then select work offline, just to check out the app. You then are stuck… the app will never let you connect to data since you didn’t provide credentials the first time and it won’t let you exit your workspace to start over. You have to close the app. I’m guessing this was just the first go round but it seems unusable. Would not trust any of the order functionality.

Love the software

Been waiting for a motive wave app, works very smooth and glad it is now available. As long as you got a lease with them, the app is free to use. Amazing stuff. Wouldn’t be mad even if there was a small cost to use the iOS app.
