## Motocaddy GPS Description
Developed by the world's top-selling electric trolley brand, the Motocaddy mobile app is a free to use GPS rangefinder that utilises the world’s #1 database of GPS-enabled golf courses to provide key distances, hazard information and hole data for over 40,000 golf courses worldwide.

The latest app version has been completely redesigned and now includes a host of visual and user enhancements, lifesaving AED & CPR features (available in the UK & Ireland only), plus statistical tracking to help golfers gain further insight into their game.

The Motocaddy GPS app has also been developed to allow pairing with any Motocaddy 'CONNECT' trolley model via a Bluetooth® connection on a compatible smartphone; allowing the trolley's screen to display front, middle and back distances to the green along with par of the hole and clock. It also offers a round timer and shot measurement - both fully controllable from the trolley handle, plus optional smartphone notifications.

Features of the app include:

• Distances to the front, middle & back of the green
• 3D course map & aerial hole flyovers (registration required)
• 2D course map with optional distance overlay
• Vector course graphics for minimal data & battery usage, plus quicker loading times
• Compatibility with Motocaddy CONNECT trolley models
• Automated External Defibrillator (AED) locator & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) instructions (UK & Ireland only)
• Automatic local course search
• Tee box selection for accurate course information
• Hole information including Hole number, Par & Handicap
• Score tracking & Statistics for post-round analysis
• Hazard planning showing distance to any point on each hole
• Automatic hole advancement
• Measure the distance of any shot
• Round Timer for pace-of-play
• Improved user interface, modern design
• 5-language settings (English, French, German, Spanish, & Swedish)

## Motocaddy GPS Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Excellent free app"
Was shown this a few months ago and I use it all the time now. Opens very quickly and is very accurate (checked with Garmin watch and rangefinder). Fly Over function is terrific. Recommending it to all my mates now.
-- Bookim Danno, 2025-12-02

### *---- "Rounds don’t save"
Can’t save my rounds and CPR button has vanished??
-- cokerbloke, 2025-12-02

### ***** "I like it"
I have a Motocaddy trolley but it’s the basic SE Lithium. So I just use the app on my iPhone which I attach to the trolley and it works wonderfully.
-- NIG59, 2025-07-10

### *---- "Now almost unusable"
When I first got my trolley it used to connect straight away when I plugged it in at the golf course. Not anymore you can spend an hour trying to connect and all you get is the circle of death even though the trolley works it’s now just an electric trolley with no yardages. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled numerous times and sometimes it works once but never a second time.
-- Pearl1960, 2025-07-01

### **--- "Very unreliable"
More often that not it fails to connect . Frustrating .
-- T wae, 2025-05-29

### **--- "App doesn’t live up to TROLLEY"
Great to keep the score on course but if you make a mistake you cannot correct scores or fairways / greens hit post round. Pretty poor compared to every other app out there.
-- CG1234567, 2025-05-14

### **--- "Hopeless"
No matter what intent I cannot get me trolley to update nor can I pay the subscription for the hole view, so annoying.
-- robport, 2025-03-31

### *---- "Poor Service"
Have requested an update on course I play for several weeks now including sending an email with pics and nothing back. It has basically rendered the GPS worthless on the trolley. Basically would have been better just going with a standard remote trolley.

Hopefully somebody sees this reviews and reacts.
-- Kerrbear1872, 2025-03-14

### **--- "Bluetooth"
My trolley S5 fails to find my iPhone, worked well for years but l think Motocaddy app update has caused problems 🤬
-- Trevyc, 2025-03-10

### *---- "Terrible App"
Never again will I purchase a Motocaddy GPS, the software is terrible and unable to link with the site.
