MotoGP™

App has gotten a little better over the years but for $270aud per year it is constantly freezing (“in the gravel trap”) and very clunky to use. You need to do A LOT better if I’m going to pay again. I watch races on Kayo now

This was my 3rd GP THIS ONE WAS SO MUCH BETTER Parking, still an issue ! There needs to be more proper designated places to park. The world is used to paying for parking so get on board even if the proceeds go a charity ! The free buses outside the track was a great idea ! L1-4 good ! The food & drinks are well priced ! Well done ! All in all a great job done behind the scenes. Will return again next year

So annoying when it just crashes. No acknowledgement of the issue, no reason. Just crash to a blank screen or back to the schedule. Also the timing seems to die in the last few laps of a race. This isn’t a cheap yearly charge, it should just work without issue!

The app has improved so much over the years but there are still too many times that it plays up. This is most common when chromecasting. You’re paying to get access to the racing in the timeframe that works best for you. Trying to watch a race that has already started/finished but it still being shown live is the worst, because it is so hard to do so with out finding out the winner in the process. Sometimes time zones make this very challenging

Come on Dorna - throw some money at sorting this. Watching should be fun - not frustrating.

I love MotoGP and WSBK. The commentary team for MotoGP are terrible. I’m sure they are paid by MM93 fan club. I won’t be renewing my subscription with MotoGP, I’ll go back to Kayo so I can listen to the BT commentary

I had a full 2024 season pass. Just before German GP I got a discount via email, then I got disconnected. I’m mad at the system. Out of desperation I paid to see the rest off the season. I will not leave this like that. No explanation. Paid for full season since 2017, for Pass to full season and suddenly chop…???

Honestly a good app, user friendly interface that is visually appealing. Can be a little clunky sometimes but overall is a great way to keep up to date with MotoGP!! Also very helpful that the time zones automatically update!

I’ve been a subscriber for many years now and have enjoyed it improvements along the way. So keep it up. Big thumbs up from me.

A positive is that this app allows me to watch MOTOGP more or less live no matter where I am, but the downside is that on race days, the streamed video is of very mediocre quality. It’s like there isn’t enough data to go around, so I get pixelated content regardless of fiddling with settings. It’s disappointing. This needs to be addressed to justify the cost of signing up for the season.
