Best sports app ever

There are too many issues with the app, it’s been like that for years! Support is joke, they often claim it’s the user’s fault. App has refresh issues, bad streaming quality for live races etc.

In Brazil the motogp is not broadcast on open TV, and the app does not bring the option of translation to the Brazilian public, they could also think of the Brazilian public who would like to follow closely this sport that increasingly conquers the hearts of Brazilians.

Ver vídeos, ver reportagens e etc… muito ruim!

The app doesn’t evolve… It seems that Motogp is not putting any effort to create a better experience for the viewers and supporters… You pay a lot of money to have the possibility to watch live races and all the package included on the event (qualyfing, Free practices, interviews…). You are supposed to be able to watch the races later, after the live broadcast. At least for me, since Aragon race nothing is working properly. You can not watch the live sessions. One could think that there are too much traffic of data and the focus is in Europe… but even after the session is finished, one day later and you can’t watch any session because it stops when you try to play… The focus in Europe is not an excuse if you’re offering this kind of service and asking a lot of money for it… But not be able to watch it later it is something unacceptable for a company like Dorna. Outsource properly your developers and pay them properly… maybe this is the reason… Can I ask you for a refund?

Bom dia! Sou brasileiro e moro na Bélgica. Comprei o ingresso para o Motogp da França no próximo dias 13,14,15 de mai 2022 através deste Aplicativo (MotoGP)e até hoje o ingresso não chegou. Venho acompanhando o rastreamento e consta que foi entregue dia 26/05/2022(tenho print) e depois informa que foi entregue dia 28/05/2022.(tenho print). Já mandei vários e-mails mas não resolveram o meu problema. Estou a uma semana do evento e até agora não chegou. Nem por e-mail eles não mandaram. A empresa de entrega e a DHL. A DHL responsabiliza quem vendeu o ingresso e o vendedores do gp da França responsabiliza quem vendeu.

Desde 2019 o aplicativo é muito ruim! Fazendo a gente perder muitas corridas

...UNTIL the return from the summer break. What is happening? I can't play any videos because "something went wrong"... this isn't what I paid for and I get no response from official support channels. Costs almost 10x more than F1TVPro, but always worked 10x better. Fix it by yesterday!!!!!
