Grundsätzlich eine gute App mit viel Informativen Beiträgen, der Prei ist jedoch viel zu hoch, sehr schade

You always need to restart the app to refresh either standings or active events in the calendar, which is annyoing. The rest works pretty good. Price is a bit to high to watch the races but i travel a lot so there’s really no other option for me.

Ich bin seit 2019 dabei. Jedes Jahr werden mehr Leistungen gestrichen. Der Preis bleibt identisch. App hat viele Fehler…

L’application n’ est pas très performante. La langue n’est pas défini par défaut selon le profil du user. Les commentateurs pourraient être dans la langue selon les propositions de l’application lors de la visualisation. Les rares mails envoyés pour des problèmes, les réponses reçues furent succincts et pas très clairs venant de la Dorna. Et bien sûr vu le prix… pour la saison, c’est mediocre…et quand tout est moyen, c’est en dessous de la moyenne.

Seit 2008 bin ich Abonnent von MotoGP. Mit jeder „Verbesserung der App“ wurde es aber schlimmer und bedienerfeindlicher, also habe ich jetzt entschieden, dass ich meine Nerven künftig schone und mir so viel Schlechtes für so viel Geld nicht mehr antun werde.

The MotoGP.com app is a major disappointment. Despite being the go-to source for replays and live coverage, it is plagued with numerous issues that make it feel like a rip-off in 2024. Firstly, the app is incredibly expensive. You’d expect a premium experience for the high subscription cost, but that’s far from reality. The app is riddled with bugs that significantly hinder the user experience. Moreover, MotoGP.com seems to exploit the fact that die-hard fans have no choice but to use this app if they want to watch replays. This monopolistic approach is unfair to the users, who are left with no alternatives. One of the most glaring issues is the lack of a dedicated TV, console, or decoder app for big screen compatibility, which has been absent for over a decade. In today’s age, where streaming on a big screen is standard, this omission is inexcusable. Additionally, there’s no option to choose the language for live commentary, which should be executed by the differents languages official live commentators. Notifications are another area where the app fails miserably. They’re often unrelated to the content you actually want to see, adding to the frustration. It’s high time for a change. MotoGP needs to take a leaf out of Liberty Media’s book and overhaul their digital offerings.
