Not user friendly
The app use to be super easy and efficient to navigate to the desired features. The newer version while visually better has become less user friendly requiring more interactions to access different features the app offers.
New updated App is a huge step backwards
The layout of the application went from extremely simple and easy to use to over complicated. The video pass is a downgrade. Races use to be uploaded to watch the replay of the races much sooner previously. As someone that travels often this is extremely frustrating because on most occasions now I see the results of the race on another news outlet because it takes so long for the rave to be ready to watch on video pass.
Save tab not working
In the latest update for the compliance - when you go to your profile and click on save , the tab to click save is in active . So every time you open the app it pops up . Request you guys to kindly fix this ASAP
Bad interface, slow and not good quality
Bad interface, slow and not good quality. Take sooo much time to have all uploaded and available. Mot intuitive interface and very old design
It’s good
The Moto GP app is very good, I wish the TV mirrored it. The app functions far better than the TV app. I watch the races on TV however need to use app to sort out various videos to watch. It would be great if one could send the short videos on the app to friends. It would help open the audience to this great sport.
Glitchy and WAY over priced
The app is among the worst I have used but the content is amazing. But since they have no competition nothing will improve and I will stay since I am hopelessly addicted to MotoGP
Expensive
I’ve been a loyal subscriber since 2013 and seen the changes over the years. Go back to 2 years ago and use that platform, interview the riders and owners. Lower the price to $75 USD and you will get more subscribers. $150 is crazy and I’m done after this season.
Love it
This year the app has been flawless. Spoiler-free mode is great and I cast to my TV and get to watch every session from FP1 to the Sunday race commercial-free. Wish list: full test days recorded for playback
Apple TV app is terrible
I have to use the iPhone app to watch content. It’s 5pm (race started 11 hours ago) in the US after the German GP and no content is available for this weekend in the no spoilers area. For the price, I should have up-to-date content.
