Bad to worse

Every update seems to make the user interface more complex for no reason. Leaves so much to be desired.

Not user friendly

The app use to be super easy and efficient to navigate to the desired features. The newer version while visually better has become less user friendly requiring more interactions to access different features the app offers.

Save tab not working

In the latest update for the compliance - when you go to your profile and click on save , the tab to click save is in active . So every time you open the app it pops up . Request you guys to kindly fix this ASAP

Black Screen iOS 18.0.1 - Wait to download app until they fix Issue

The most recent update to iOS 18.0.1 and full stop, the playback on videos is only a black screen. Before giving any time/money/effort with this app, wait till the developers fix this black plague.

My apologies to MotoGP app. Here’s why,

I write a lot of other peoples complaints, and I had the same problem, with the poor feed quality of the videos. Then I got a Starlink satellite connection and it is worth every penny. MotoGP’s videos and data stream is now perfect. Turns out it was T-Mobile network that was always dragging lagging and falling off. Starlink rocks. MotoGP rocks, thank you guys and the ladies.

Absolute Garbage

Dorna should have their entire executive team fired for how poorly this app is designed. They are about the most expensive streaming service out there, and they produce an app that is amazingly difficult to use a user unfriendly. Just 2 years ago it was great, then they “redesigned” it, and absolutely ruined it.

2nd review

The last time I left a review, I gave it 2 stars. I’ve seen improvement so I’m taking time from my busy schedule to acknowledge the developers efforts. It’s honestly more like 3.5 stars to me. Playback has gotten better. The layout has grown on me. Improve more the video experience and you’ll get a 4 from me. Include features I get when viewing on the web, such as multiple camera feeds, and you’ll score a 5 with me.

Horrible

Long time MotoGP fan, love the sport, but this app is truly horrible. I question why I pay $150 a year for livestreams to not work. I only see black screens half the time. MotoGP is big enough for them to have a decent app…just like all other major sports.
