Cancellation

Steer clear. A nightmare to cancel 🤬

Buggy App

The App for iPhone and iPad is very badly set up, impossible to close timing screen for example, layout is much worse in this latest version, every update is a step backward Timing pass screen does not display time remaining to end of session any more

I’m really enjoying the experience

Bring back the old App

Much the same as Honda, a big leap in the wrong direction, huge disappointment. Let’s go back to the old app and start again.

Clunky App and poor performance

I use the the app at home to stream to my TV and at the circuit to get English commentary. Was at Assen last weekend and Jerez earlier in the year. It’s ridiculous the rider interviews are all in English but the race circuit commentary is not. There were many English (and other nationalities) people there all alienated by the foreign commentary, 99% of the Dutch speak English! When the app does work it’s 30 seconds behind live making it pretty useless to follow the race!!

Great app

Works well on my iPhone ipad and laptop. Won’t cast to my TV though so I have to use an apple adapter and plug it in to the TV. Love being able to each all the action just wish UK tv channels would show the MotoGP

Simply The Best

No other sport has such fantastic video/photography coverage from all angles. The app is full of the latest news on a daily basis. Brilliant and I love it!

Glitches

The app always breaks up and glitches so you can never watch the race properly

Needs some work

It’s great to be able to watch the videos at any time which is why we got the app however, when the internet is slow which is the case at most Caravan parks, the video freezes and glitches. It would be great if we could download the video and then watch it as this would prevent issues with poor internet connectivity. Today is the Sprint race at the German Grand Prix and over an hour after the race we still can’t get the video of the race. This was also the case last weekend where hours later we got the race video. I can’t find the live race times for this weekend on the app like we do on the tele where you just go into the “live” tab and it shows you the times of the upcoming races on that particular weekend. I know this all sounds negative but we do enjoy the app, it just needs some tweaks 👍

I download this app because I’m a super fun of moto GP the app is amazing the only problem is the live streaming is very poor quality every race I watch is always bad resolution
