Lil buggy but worth it

Won’t recognize my subscription

BAM all of a sudden app won’t recognize my video pass subscription. Keeps telling me to subscribe. Try to use help to report problem , won’t work.

Keeps saying subscribe even though I am

Have had no problems for over a year, and today I can watch anything!!! Keeps telling me to subscribe to get video pass and I am already subscribed. Off loaded app, reinstalled, I have the latest version, logged out and back in, shut phone off and back on. NOTHING!!! What’s going on? Frustrating, please fix or tell me how to fix on my end. I’m paid up until 2025…. Worked just fine for the Mugello race and now nothing UGHHHHH

App doesn’t work.

App won’t play video pass videos prompting me to subscribe for a membership despite already paying $30/month for one.

Fixed.

What happened? News feed loads 3 articles and refreshes automatically sending you back to the top. “Load more” doesn’t load more. Not really a user friendly interface. Dead links… what happened? AirPlay works fantastic for streaming though. Update: big improvement in the new version. News stream no longer refreshes at random and is more stable. The “load more” button works much better. Much better experience in the app. Thanks!

Why are you destroying your own app

They keep releasing app updates during race season, each week is worse than before. Last week TimingPass was intermittently failing, this week the whole app is failed. The sprint starts in 20 minutes and I’m distracted by this dead app instead of watching qualifying. I hope they plan refunds for VideoPass and TimingPass for the 2024 season since the app is no longer usable.

Still waiting to go back to the better format

Why did you change the format of this app? It was pretty good before and I enjoyed using it until the update last season. Now the interface is clunky, nothing is intuitively laid out. I still miss the scrubbing bar notations of race start, incidents, finish along the bottom of the videos. It was so helpful, what a poor choice to remove that. I only use the non-spoilers page (most of the app contains so many spoilers it is unusable). In the prior format I could see Moto2 & Moto3 right next to the main event. Now those are an afterthought I mush chase down elsewhere in the app. All of the changes really were a downgrade.

Horrific Design, Useless Functionality

The app itself is designed terribly, with as much money as Dorna and the FIA make you’d think they could pay to have a decent user interface designed. Not only is the functionality terrible, but AirPlay doesn’t work with the app. The entire purpose of me purchasing the subscription was to watch MotoGP at home, but the developers pathetic product isn’t even functional. A disgustingly massive rip off, avoid using the app at all costs.

Garbage

Everything is poorly organized and unintuitive. The site and app needs a full overhaul. Also, U.S. viewers are much better off subscribing to MAX rather than spending the absurd cost for the subscription through the MotoGP app. On the upside, the app doesn’t crash. Then again, it’s not worth going to in the first place.
