## motosync Reviews in United States

### *---- "Trash"
Totally trash
-- redsacrf, 2024-11-04

### *---- "App no longer works"
I really liked my Motorola router until the app stopped working. No fix in sight.
-- Cheribf, 2024-10-03

### *---- "Feels useless…"
I found this app an improvement over the former app but my expectation was that new features and improvements would be released shortly after the initial app was released. This does not seem to be the case. Instead you have an app that won’t even let you pause high data use devices from the data section. To further make things useless the app says Unknown/Unknown/Unknown for many connected devices and so you can’t even tell what device to pause from the Devices page (because more than half your devices will say unknown).
-- dstarder, 2024-09-21

### **--- "The app never works"
Im not sure why the company make you use this app to control your router because it never works. It never loads half the time it says Im offline and Im not. You need to make it user friendly or have a better team behind building this app. My router is meh as well sometimes its great and sometimes it awful.
-- Peljan30303030303, 2024-09-16

### *---- "100% Non-Functional"
Absolutely nothing works. Chat support button is fake. Absolutely fraudulent. Very likely a fake app.
-- the_cartesian, 2024-08-27

### *---- "Slow"
Everything is slow. They need to put some real work into this because even the speed tests take 30 minutes for it to even complete and that’s supposed to be a simple test. Kind of a joke that it can’t even handle simple tasks. Makes the company look like a joke.

### *---- "What happened?!!!"
Update 8/8/24 app is no longer working. Bumped out and can’t log back in. Worthless

Update 11/10/23 Seems to be working. Reply from Motorola Support My name is Iuliu from Motorola, thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry for the inconvenience! We are currently facing an issue with our cloud system, which is affecting the functionality of the MotoSync app and your ability to set up and manage your device through the app. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time for resolution at this moment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing. Best regards, -- Iuliu L. Motorola Network Support I’m having the same issue as everyone else. The app cannot connect to the router. However everything device is connected and working fine. I tried rebooting but no luck. Does Motorola send updates directly to the router? Please fix this as I control family devices.
-- Hulagirl444, 2024-08-08

### *---- "Can’t update"
A $400 model should be able to updated via the app. There is a button to update. But when you press the button it takes you to some kind of customer service app from godaddy! Are you serious? What a joke.
-- Fwankie_J1967, 2024-07-31

### **--- "Still on version 1.2.3 can’t update"
I’m still using the originally installed version, and nothing I do will get the app to update. Adding a device to my network should not be this difficult!
-- blackknife, 2024-07-08

### *---- "Application Shows Offline"
Offline router shows in app. no matter what you do
-- Bijay Pudipeddi, 2024-06-20
