Great customer service whether going in or driving or phone. They are the nicest people and are very courteous to everyone.
Mobile deposit function crashes every time.
App barely functions. Crashes constantly. Mobile deposit function crashes every time. Makes it very difficult to add funds to your bank account if you work the same hours the bank is open.
At is over all okay however limits some transactions Which are commonly done on other bank apps
The bank is not very open and forward how they handle my funds so it’s hard to really rate the app all together.I’m Currently moving away from traditional banks. Opting for online/Digital fee free source banking.
