### *---- "Buggy"
This app is horrible, I don't know how its so difficult to make a half decent app. It consistently has problems. It has been refreshing for 3 days even after the update. Fix it.

The best bank for Western North Carolina
-- The legend of Fast Eddie, 2025-03-14

### ***-- "Inconsistent"
The app frequently stops working for a full day or two at a time.

### ***** "Option"
Need options to block card or pause account and be able to unlock when ready instead of having to cancel card because of a scam or something else
-- Wardog257, 2023-11-09

### ***** "Okay MCU"
This app is wonderful. Very workable when I am having to work and on weekends. I am enjoying the credit score visibility.
-- CherrynDn, 2023-09-26

### ***** "Best Credit Union ever"
I have been so Blessed with MCU. They are very professional and very caring . It’s easy to do anything on line as well in office. Great people I work with on loans or just question’s on my account and safety . I have the Fletcher Credit Union and they are amazing . They have the best team and people they will have your back and protect your accounts. I would not go any where else. I will keep them as long as this old world keeps getting crazier they give me peace of mind .
-- Rehbjbaf, 2023-09-06

### ***** "Deposit checks"
Love this option since it so hard to get to a branch to deposit checks.
