I have been working out for more than 20 years, and usually I get bored with the program after a few months and find myself craving a new type of class or training style and give up on my program. But that hasn’t happened yet and I’ve been using Move365 since 2024! I love Steph Derby’s training style! It’s functional and really makes you feel strong and athletic even though you are working out in your kitchen like me. Also, if you ever have a questions about your workout or need a swap for an exercise if you have limitations, she is always so helpful and responsive which is so rare online. I love that her workouts aren’t just trying to grow your glutes like most fitness apps too, because some of us just want a lean, fit athletic body and that’s exactly what you’ll get. I can actually do pushups on my toes now and never have been able to before, even with an elbow injury.  This app is like having a personal trainer at your fingertips.

I’ve been working on strength with other programs, but I need more focused strength to coordinate with my running and aging.
