The Move 78 app works with a range of bluetooth-enabled, health monitoring devices such as the Move 78 Smart Scale, Touchless IR Thermometer, Smart Blood Pressure Monitor and others to provide fast and accurate measurements, help establish a health baseline over time, and identify where you’re doing well and where you need work. A user-friendly interface lets you view by Day, Week, Month and Year to see your health trends over time.

Move 78 syncs with popular health apps such as Apple Health and Google Fit, integrating relevant health information into a single, unified health dashboard. The Move 78 Dashboard gives you a daily Health Score Index, a holistic score that reflects your well-being across 7 key areas of your physical health: Heart, Lungs, Body, Physical Activity, Temperature, Sleep & Hydration.

24/7 Chat with a team of AI Health Assistants to get fast answers around symptoms, medications, and even get medication reminders. Type in your symptoms, answer a series of short questions, and get a pre-diagnosis right away. Share medication schedules and Move 78 will send you mobile alerts when it’s time to take your medications.

I started using the Move 78 app when I got the Move 78 scale. I love it because as opposed to tracking just my weight, I’m able to track my water rate, muscle rate and body fat. Once I focused more on improving muscle and water rates, I wasn’t focused solely on weight and it was easier and not frustrating. You’ll love this!
