A lot of mouth noise, but still good

Big Voice on

The recording is distracting. Andrew has a lot of mouth noise going on (just needed some hydration) and his S sounds so whistle at the end a bit. If you can tolerate that, the content is good. I think it is worth it, but I wish a bit more care was taken in the recording.

Sound Issues

I like the app and used to use it every night, but the sound has some problems now. It’s not possible to sit through the whole thing anymore when you cannot understand what’s being said. Pretty disappointing.

It helped relieve my stress and anxiety and improve my sleep especially after a break up. It gave me strength and helped me with two breaks ups! I will say that I usually fall asleep after just a few minutes into it do I really don’t know what goes on during the whole time but I know It gives me comfort and I always wake up positive and at peace.
