I downloaded this app and it caused the notification thing to be stuck on my screen not letting me exit . This has never happened with any other app. All I wanted to do was yoga but instead I had to wait 3hrs for my phone to die in order to get it off my screen.

This is my second pregnancy using Move Your Bump. I absolutely love the new setup so I don’t have to think about what workout I’m doing on certain days, when to rest and when to incorporate core and pelvic floor workouts. The Expecting Athletes program has really kept my body feeling great this whole Pregnancy. I’m still running at 25 weeks, I haven’t experienced Sciatica or any back pain yet. This app has workouts for all levels and will make you feel empowered not “broken” like other prenatal workouts. Looking forward to starting Ab Rehab again after giving birth!

A physical therapist, a trainer, a pelvic floor specialist, EVERYTHING YOU NEED. And all the coaches respond within hours!! I cannot express my gratitude enough for this app. I am so happy I spent the money on it because it was so inexpensive once you see how much you get out of it.

So glad to have found something that supports an active pregnancy with challenges and things to keep me accountable and feeling my best. I love that there are multiple options for workout programs that fit my fitness level. Through the follow along videos I’ve loved that they give tips for modifications if there are things that will cause signs of intolerance. Highly recommend for any stage of your pregnancy! Will continue to use for any of my future pregnacys too. 👏🏼

Great for pre-pregnancy preparation and pregnancy

I used the rehab program after my last pregnancy and decided I couldn’t be without Nancy and the whole crew. the support I receive from this app is priceless. I have used the meal plans, C-section recovery, the coaches, ab rehab, and the ttc prep workouts and meals. I use her FullScript. I mean… I consider this to be what everyone needs who’s trying to have a baby. You can get so many questions answered here. I just wasn’t getting help from my doctor and these apps bridged the medical gap big time. PRICELESS, PEOPLE!

All the other pregnancy workouts I’ve tried have been too gentle, but trying to do non-pregnancy specific workouts in the 2nd tri and beyond was defeating. These are PERFECT. If you’re used to a tough workout when not pregnant, you’ll love this. They are just the right combo of challenging but safe. Constant tips and reminders of maintaining form that is safe for pregnancy that protects your abs and pelvic floor, and they answer any questions you might have. I. Love. This. App!
