Strongly recommend this program for anyone at any age or any stage. Well crafted with many variations and levels of each move to make sure that you are working to failure at the appropriate level and allowing your body to get stronger. Very easy to keep motivated because you get progress reviews on how well you’ve done and what moves you’ve mastered I also like that you can follow a randomly generated program or work on specific skills.

From my experience the best calisthenics and gymnastics app for learning new moves and building muscle mass. And very helpful and friendly customer support. Bought lifetime excess. Five stars even if some exercises have small hickups. But definitely better then the rest of the calisthenics apps I know.

Okayish App with false promises

The App has some bugs which seem to be easily fixable. Like adding a timer here and there, splitting the exercises for each side and the like. The performance is not really good. Like takes some time to really load the videos and stuff. The marketing annoys me. They just advertised a lot for some shoulder mobility week. Which by the end of the day tells some irrelevant stuff to get rid of shoulder pain and just promotes a program which needs to be purchased explicitly. i guess the are a team of less then 10 people. Their sportiness is in no way comparable to Chris Heria (ThenX) or Gabo (SaturnoMovement). And they tell you, they are open to any suggestions for improvements and the like. I send two mails in more than a year and never got a reply. Sadly I purchased a lifetime plan, which was 150$ the time I purchased it. Not worth the money. They updated the app once, when Corona started to spread. But I guess that’s it now. The app is okayish and if you are uncreative about possible movements, you can give it a try. But I guess comparable apps are way better. Best regards, Till

As a former gymnast in my younger years, I was looking for a well made calisthenics app that brought the best of that world in an easier made approach that would challenge but not injure and I came across this app and I am sold! It really is well thought out. The app itself the way it was programmed had a bit of a learning curve but I really appreciate how the developers put a lot of thought and energy in making the improvements and listening to feedback and well as a top notch program adjusting to your needs and real-time feedback. Thanks for all the great work. It truly has become my only go to workouts.

Tried lots of other apps but none of them brings the art of Calisthenics and your own personal capabilities and objectives so brilliantly together. It’s truly adapted to your body while other apps only seemed to downsized a standard workout put together by some Calisthenics pro. These guys finally did it. The app has some usability flaws but I don’t care as the content is so incredibly good. Honestly, you don’t need to look no more... of you seek a Calisthenics App, this is the one and only to pick, seriously!

Love the app and the tailored program. Would recommend you mention the exercise equipment needed in the description. Which ties into having alternate exercises available if you get to an exercise you don’t have the equipment for or capability. Also would love if “family sharing” was enabled as my son wants to do it as well but is at a much lower level. Overall I am very happy with my experience.

I’ve been using this app for over a month and have seen great progress. The feedback after each set really pushes your limits on each exercise. I’ve already seen good progress in my different skills. It also keeps each workout fresh and fun. No complaints.
