Tenants, landlords, property owners, small property managers and commercial tenants can use MoveProof at move-in, move-out, lease handover, handback, routine checks or whenever a property's visible condition needs a clear record. Capture photos and make notes room by room or area by area, follow a structured checklist, and turn the inspection into a clear PDF report. RENTAL HOME INSPECTIONS Use MoveProof with houses, apartments and villas. Create a move-in baseline, document the property again at move-out, or complete an ad-hoc inspection during the tenancy. A previous finalized inspection can be used as a reference when you return to the same property. Applicable for long-term stay or short rentals. This keeps deposit-related documentation, room photos and observations together without relying on a scattered camera roll. OFFICE AND RETAIL HANDOVERS Create condition reports for offices and retail units at lease handover, handback or during a routine inspection. Choose the current fit-out condition and start with tailored areas for workspaces, meeting rooms, reception, storefronts, sales floors, stockrooms and more. KEEP EVERY DETAIL IN CONTEXT • Add overview photos for each room or area • Record specific issues, conditions and observations with photos and notes • Follow relevant checks and see what has or has not been reviewed • Use previous records as a reference without overwriting them • Keep completed inspections and report versions easy to find PDF REPORTS WITH HISTORY • Organize photos, notes and timestamps by room or area • Generate the PDF in different languages • Keep finalized reports read-only • Create a new version when report information changes • Include a tamper-evident integrity manifest • Preview, save and share the finished PDF PRIVATE BY DEFAULT The core inspection workflow works offline and requires no account. Inspection data and photos stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. Camera and photo-library access are requested only when you add a photo. MoveProof does not use background tracking. SIMPLE PRICING Create up to three full reports for free. A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited inspection reports. No subscription. No ads. ## MoveProof Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/22/fa/6f/22fa6f2f-cec7-fda2-5b93-bea68f4b49fa/01.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/15/f9/86/15f986f2-f55d-ee7f-d65c-06b6e9668f7a/02.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/05/fb/97/05fb973b-9e4a-fe4a-e67b-272a0a77efd9/04.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/38/01/39/380139dc-1145-9cdd-d8f6-d134fecd7c98/03.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/09/be/28/09be28aa-f59b-33f8-46ac-ce270a13f61a/05.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/d9/36/13/d936134d-3823-5746-2b18-97b6cbab1540/06.png/1284x2778.png) ## MoveProof In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | MoveProof Pro | $4.99 | ## Apps Similar to MoveProof - [АудиоВеда](https://apptail.io/app/audioveda-lBEb/united-states) - [Park-In.me](https://apptail.io/app/park-inme-QNzc/united-states) - [12Steps loves you](https://apptail.io/app/12steps-loves-you-oRZe/united-states) - [your SPAce сеть бьюти-салонов](https://apptail.io/app/your-space-set-biuti-salonov-rTOh/united-states) - [МетаболическаяТарелка](https://apptail.io/app/metaboliceskaiatarelka-DKJj/united-states) - [Атом Пульс](https://apptail.io/app/atom-puls-TDYk/united-states) - [Numerology & tarot - Aspectica](https://apptail.io/app/numerology-tarot-aspectica-oATo/united-states) - [Arcanas: Tarot & Moon Calendar](https://apptail.io/app/arcanas-tarot-moon-calendar-SWgu/united-states) - [Mindwell Care](https://apptail.io/app/mindwell-care-JTZu/united-states) - [СКМ Сервис](https://apptail.io/app/skm-servis-hZEw/united-states) ## MoveProof Available In - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/moveproof-condition-reports-hVuA/south-korea) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/moveproof-condition-reports-hVuA/pakistan) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/moveproof-condition-reports-hVuA/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
