Jarrett was super responsive and had great communication through the hold process. We had a ton of issues with u-haul and my u-box. He was able to help me sort it out and get my box returned on time for it to ship out on time.
Not working
I have sent like 5 emails with no return email and I did everything they ask for in training but I’m still in training for some odd reason

The support system works good, they always reply to my questions and help me with any issues. I’m thankful for the kind of app to exist, for opening the opportunity to work doing what we like:)
This app needs serious updating.
As a with extensive experience, little adjustments here and there would go a long way. I’ll start by saying UHaul should offer the service provider a way to make a schedule with the different time slots to offer the client. For example, I can offer a 8:00am , 10:30am and 12:30pm time slots. Or if I have several crews (which I do), I can have 2 8:00am time slots and once their booked, the client will have to choose between the later time slots. I can’t tell how many morning jobs I get that both want to start at the same time. Especially on the weekends. But if you want any more tips or suggestions, you would have to hire me. Not giving out ideas for free. Peace

Super buggy and feels super old school waiting days to get paid through uhaul never instant always some sort of issue with payment codes log ins or everything that’s supposed to be shown on the app actually popping up app needs a major update whole service needs an update
