The Moving On app has been conceptualised by an NHS Consultant Clinical Psychologist specialising in Addiction Treatment and hundreds of people in recovery with lived experience. With easy-to-follow and interactive tools, the Moving On app will help you to stay focused and be proactive about your sustained recovery. It will help you discover new ways to take care of your mental health and wellbeing using practical skills and tools that have worked for countless others in recovery. With the Moving On app you will be able to personalise your journey as you set yourself weekly challenges that will provide you with a daily focus on the small steps towards recovery. Set and track your goals, journal your mood, learn new skills and celebrate your milestones. Discover comprehensive weekly sessions to help you manage stress, anxiety and low mood.
