Passport Seva Project, being executed by Consular, Passport and Visa (CPV) division of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, aims at providing all the Passport-related services to the Indian Citizens in a speedy, convenient and transparent manner. This is one of the largest projects of the Government of India under the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) being executed in public-private-partnership mode with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as the private partner. The project is already operational and servicing citizens through 77 Passport Seva Kendras across India.
MEA with a view to provide mobile enablement of public services, has launched a Mobile Application ‘mPassport Seva’ to offer a wide variety of services to smartphone users such as Passport application status tracking, locating the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) and general information on various steps involved in obtaining a Passport.

Not able to login in IPhone 10

While login with existing account.. keyboard doesn’t come to fill Userid taxtbox. Design error..

Not optimized for iPhone 4s

Not optimized for 4s, will get more information from the website. Status checker is the only useful option otherwise no real use of the app

Wrost app in the world

There are Many bugs like keyboard or login issues

Not at all user friendly. The app gets stuck a lot.

Kindly update the user interface. So poor and outdated on ios.

Password working system not working properly every time it ask and erase that your password does not contain this and this things ….

The app is useless. Tried for 3 days but could not even login. It keeps on crashing every time I try to login.

Worst app

Just give this app to be developed by someone who can actually make this app work. Government app that doesn’t even open.

App do not open.. just show a blank screen and then crash in 20-30 seconds
