## MPDX Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Enabling Faceid Disables the app"
I like that the app is available!

However, I do t see a way to change the passcode, I do t see a 6-digit option, and enabling faceID disables the app altogether (crashes upon attempt to open). Mus remove and reinstall to get it working again (force restart doesn’t work). Will attempt iOS update (set to auto but it NEVER does it) later and update feedback if that resolves faceID).
-- YourMomHasNicknames, 2024-08-18

### *---- "Unusable"
This app would be hugely convenient, if only it worked! I have deleted and redownloaded, updated, tried everything; still it only works for 5 seconds before freezing and crashing, every time. This is true for my phone and all my other devices. I end up having to just use the desktop website in browser if I want to do any mpd work.
-- Cactuspup, 2023-07-26

### *---- "Unstable"
We have tried to use this app for quite some time but it just doesn’t seem work. We have new phones, everything is updated. When we open it it just freezes up. On the rare occasion it doesn’t freeze up we can only get three taps in before it locks up. I would love to use it more…but. Would you let us know when it is usable again?
-- cjgearhart, 2023-01-27

### **--- "Freezing Issue"
This app used to be helpful. Unfortunately now, the app freezes within 5 seconds of opening it.
-- mikedup3, 2022-12-30

### **--- "Love MPDX, not The App"
A lot of bugs. Freezes on startup every time. A lot to fix
-- Pudgeums, 2022-11-28

### ***-- "Always freezes"
Regardless of how many updates on my iPhone 13 this app always freezes once I try to check the contacts or go to the donation part.
-- dzsidzsi, 2022-10-27

### **--- "Freezes up"
Every time I open this app it freezes up and I can’t get past the initial screen.
-- valbert1, 2022-10-13

### *---- "App doesn’t open on iOS"
I can’t figure out a way to contact anyone on the website, so I am writing this. I try to open the app and it just brings me to a blue screen with a the logo in the background. I can’t access anything on the app. It’s been this way for a month or two. Is anyone else having this issue?
-- Time to Chang the World, 2022-07-17

### *---- "So frustrating…"
App doesn’t work. No way to “contact support”. Stuck in some weird login error loop with even more strange Oika login feature. It seems the app wasn’t tested enough before being released?
“ Error: Error fetching fresh tokens: invalid_grant:
The refresh token is invalid or expired.” on first attempt, then “ Error: errorFetchingFreshTokens("invalid.
grant: The refresh token is invalid or
expired.") pop up screen. Hitting clear session gets 400 BAD REQUEST….
I give up.
-- Rob at GoSendMe Global, 2021-12-25

### ****- "Great but there’s a bug"
Whenever I go to “see all” under overdue tasks, when I try to check off completed tasks, it checks off the wrong tasks in inverted order. E.g, if there’s 9 over due tasks, and I check off the second one from the top, #2, it will check off tasks #8, the second one from the bottom.
