Crashes all the time

Crashes all the time. Old platform was better

Forgot password doesn't work?

No customer support options??? it’s preventing me from making a new account because of my phone number. This is really annoying. I click forget password and it does not send me an email to reset my password.

This app stinks!

I’ve double payed for parking so many times because of this app. I’m over it. Unfortunately it’s the only way to pay. I guess I’ll risk it and not pay at all. It will be cheaper!

Complete junk

The app constantly signs me out. If I switch between apps, an error will appear saying "Wrong login or password" and it signs me out. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it still happens. Payment options are also inconsistent. If I choose Apple Pay it says Discover is not accepted, but then if I choose the option to manually enter a card it says Discover is accepted. Please fix these issues.

Can’t enter meter number

There is no way to just enter the meter number. The only way is through location data which the parent company is likely farming and selling. Terrible interface. Will uninstall and delete account. Again.

No support

This app doesn't compare to other options that other nearby cities use. Be sure to verify your own information if you have new or multiple vehicles as there's no selection. I also found the app to be glitchy. I am unable to get a response from their support team via email and an existing ticket. A call to support blames the City of Minneapolis.

Needs work

The app works fine but developers need to fix some issues. The app will always sign you out after paying the meter and/or switching apps and there’s no option to save Apple Pay as a default pay method. An option for it shows up for a split second before logging you out after paying.

The worst app

Have to reset password after every update. Doesn’t send reset email. Says to contact customer service, but offers no phone number, chat, email links to help. App is junk if no one can get in. Was a problem with the last update, too. This needs to be fixed immediately. Terrible.

Logging me out

While I am trying to pay for parking it keeps logging me out. I sometimes take a picture or my parents send me a picture to pay over the app but it will log me out while I try to look at the number of the parking. Please fix this if you can! Thanks!
