- Perform plant tours & Gemba Walks and guarantee everybody takes part in the important activities
- Compare your factory reality from different perspectives through Gemba Walk
- Review all the actions no matter where they come from, they will be accessible on the shop floor through the mobile app
- You can prioritize actions in real-time to see everything that is happening in your plant and make decisions with the best information
- Configure production alerts to other members of the team in the factory based on the critical response level and organize protocols and escalations
- Create and manage any improvement idea, and describe the current and the desired situation. Define all the implementation actions needed
