## Mr Hopps Playhouse Description
STORY
When young Emmie returns from the woods clutching an old, tattered toy rabbit, her mother, Kaiya, brushes it off as an innocent find. But as darkness falls over their home, a creeping dread begins to take hold. Night after night, Kaiya is plagued by increasingly vivid nightmares, however, the line between dream and reality is starting to blur. Shadows twist in unnatural ways, whispers begin to circle in her mind, and something is watching.

Is it the work of a traumatized mind filled with grief, or is it a malevolent force from the Underworld clawing its way into their lives?

ABOUT
Mr. Hopp is back. And he has a new friend.
Step once again into the eerie world of Mr. Hopp’s Playhouse in the fourth entry of the beloved indie horror series. Returning to its iconic 2D pixel art style, this chapter delivers a deep, story-driven experience filled with fresh psychological terror, unexpected twists, and terrifying new threats including the unsettling debut of Mr. Ruffle.

Uncover the truth behind Emmie’s mysterious discovery. Survive the horrors that await in every shadow, fight your way through creepy entities and brace yourself for a chilling journey that tests the limits of fear and sanity.

GAMEPLAY
You will work your way through your dreams, piecing together the story as the horrors unravel in front of you. As you reach your limit, Emmie is dragged into her toybox by the entities lurking in the dark, so you jump in after her. You will then platform your way through the twisted toybox world, avoiding traps and using close melee combat to fight, fending off creatures taking on the appearance of toys, all in an effort to get Emmie back from their clutches and hope that everything goes back to normal.

## Mr Hopps Playhouse Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Fix itttt"
the toybox area literally is the worse at some parts. the lava seemed to rise too quickly, the enemies slowed me down too much. the bats become annoying when i’m running from the lava and fighting other enemies. speaking of, the enemies take WAY too many hits to kill. like the dinosaur, takes 6, and when im attacking them, they’re also attacking me. the guide stone running minigame will glitch and not let me pick some of them up when i die. Kaiya switches lanes too slow, so if im on a danger lane and the other two next to it are also danger, im forced to be hurt despite trying to move over.
-- Phantom force1, 2025-10-19

### ***** "I accidentally cheated, even though I was trying to kill myself while I was fighting Mr. ruffle"
So then first I made it to the boss battle and then I kept on getting hit so then I went just to kill myself in the game just so I could get back to full hearts instead an invisible platform I started floating taking me to the next platform and then I just ran saying I cheated I cheated I cheated and then I escaped
-- I accidentally cheated, 2025-10-18

### ****- "No complaints… except this."
I can’t pick up the soccer ball for when I have the mission “Pick up Emmie’s toys.” 🧸 It either takes me in the picture or out the room. Please 🙏🏻 🙏🏻 fix this issue. Anyways nice 👍 game! I recommend this to horror lovers & haters. But I’m warning ‼️ you. It can be annoying when u get the mission “Pick up Emmie’s toys! 🧸

### ****- "I love it, but the controls are hard"
I have been waiting for this game for about like a couple of days since the game came out on October 3. I played it and it’s pretty good but it’s kind of hard with the chasing thing. I tried saving it while I was getting chased by Mr. Hopp I saved it and I kept getting jump scare after jump scare. I was weirded out, but then I just closed the game and thought whatever so I went back and I restarted me all the way from chapter 6 like all the way from the start when I was just at the chase weird but I deleted it right after I thought you know what this game might not be for me and I might just wait until Mr. Hopp Playhouse five comes out.
-- TG91314, 2025-10-17

### **--- "It won’t let me play?"
So when I got the game I played it and whenever I died it just took me to the chapter part where I had to restart even if I saved AND If I got to far it would just take me to the chapter place no matter what????????, I don’t know if that’s how it works but that’s not what I’m talking about, today I tried to play it but whenever I clicked chapter one it wouldn’t work and it would just turn white for a flash and then take me to the chapter, please fix this I really wanna play the game<3
-- LeRyall, 2025-10-12

### ***-- "Lots of bugs"
When I was playing the song of you trying to get 25 guidance gems started playing randomly and I was playing and when I came back my chapters were gone I had chapters 1-14
-- You got something, 2025-10-12

-- Isusnsuwhdj, 2025-10-11

### ***** "My thoughts"
This game was very fun, thank you Moonbit for the surprising twists, and wonderful effort that you put into making the Mr Hopps franchise. I like to see a Mr Hopps 5, maybe it would be Mr Hopps revenge. It would be awesome.
-- JacksonDragons, 2025-10-09
