I love this app but my one complaint is that when I’m browsing through my wish list I am brought back to the top of my list whenever I view an item. I hope that you can fix this because it’s annoying to have to re-scroll through my wish list to find where I left off. -- A_SF, 2025-01-12 ### ***** "LOVE MR PORTER" From my bed, from my office, from my den I get all my shopping done. I haven’t had to go to a store in years! -- thetruthnothinbutthetruth, 2025-01-01 ### ***** "ممتاز" ممتاز. تجاوز التوقعات. -- AbdallaElgohary, 2024-12-29 ### ***** "Best place for quality menswear!" When I want quality menswear pieces this is where I go. The app enhances the experience for me! Can easily check out with Apple Pay to get my goods. -- Baker_Dozen, 2024-12-23 ### ***** "Dr. Kal Abouhaif" Great website where you get great deals often -- abouhaif, 2024-12-18 ### *---- "Don’t Shop For Christmas" Order a coat for next day shipping, and my order is on hold until the transaction post to get a transaction id from my online banking for them able to be able to ship my order out.. Smh -- kayyflockk 😈🍂, 2024-12-17 ### *---- "Promo codes" Promo code wasn’t available for use . First time shopping here and was not happy about that -- okneish, 2024-12-12 ### ***** "Me" The best -- maco sanchez toro, 2024-11-29 ### *---- "Bad service" I recently purchased 2 items one on November 17th and the other on November 20th. Each item order was $1550. On November 21th each item went down to $1050. I tried calling and speaking with a manager to see if i can get a price adjustment rather than the company loosing out on $3k if i returned the items since its over $1k that i paid extra for the items. The agents i spoke with zizipho. Wouldn’t let me speak with a manager. The company didn’t want to price adjust any of the orders because i bought the last size 32,34 in the jeans. I have over 100 order with mrporter. They have no sympathy and are rhude when you call in. Management refused to speak with me. Will no longer be shopping here. Bad service and does not take care of their loyal clients -- Luis Ai, 2024-11-26 ### *---- "Extremely poor customer service" Purchased item 11/17- Delivered 11/20… Went on sale 30% off on 11/25. I requested a price adjustment as the item is still available and after speaking with several representatives was told that there is a 7 day policy for price adjustments. So now I am returning original item and will order same on sale. This will result in unnecessary carbon emissions, additional work for logistics organizations at an already busy time of year and more work for financial institutions with credits and debits. Absolutely absurd -- RJJMDD, 2024-11-25 [View all MR PORTER reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## MR PORTER Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Hong Kong SAR China | Shopping | #167 | | Top Free | Finland | Shopping | #249 | ## MR PORTER Discovered Keywords -
