Nice app if you have a cellerciser or just about any rebounder in general. Unfortunately it appears to go down a lot nowadays. Might just be better to follow routines online. I have only been able to use the app around 50% of the time for the past month!
I’ve used this app for a long time, but three months ago it stopped logging in and has since claimed that I don’t have a subscription. I emailed the company twice at that time with no reply. After that I got busy and haven’t been using my cellerciser lately. Today I was reviewing my credit card account and noticed I recently paid for this again as I did last month as well. I tried logging into my account and it still says that I’m not subscribed. I’ve now paid for three months with absolutely no service and no replies to my emails. I just emailed them again. If this isn’t resolved I’ll cancel. That would be too bad because its a good product and will be missed. But the lack of customer service is unacceptable when they continue to bill me.
I really wanted to like this app, but it simply doesn’t work. Every attempts to try any of its features gives me this: ALERT! To access full features subscribe at MrRebounder.com Good luck with that. There’s nowhere to subscribe. It’s a shame because I was looking for an app that would link into my Health app.
I purchased a Cellerciser four years ago following cancer surgery which removed lymphatic nodes in my neck. My doctor recommended a rebounder to stimulate drainage in my lymphatic system. It works well for that as well as general fitness. I was also bothered by sciatic nerve issues from a back surgery. During one of Dave’s Monday YouTube presentations he demonstrated several exercises that help with sciatic nerve issues. Within one week of doing three of these exercises, one minute each, my sciatic nerve issues resolved themselves. I can now stand for hours watching my grandkids play soccer without any issues. Previously after 15 minutes I would experience discomfort. Who would have thought three simple exercises could alleviate my sciatic nerve issues. Finally, my Cellerciser is still like new following four years of use and no maintenance. The build quality is substantially higher than other rebounders I have seen.
I’ve had my cellerciser two years now. The first year I used workouts on YouTube which were okay, but being in my 60s I wanted something more personal so I purposed the app. I love being able to adjust and plan some of my workouts besides using those provided. Plus the YouTube ones were commercialized. The only thing I would like to know is what the point system is about. How are they determined and what do you do with them? I called once, but they said information would be coming soon. I thought there would be an explanation on the app, but never saw anything. I still love my equipment and use it 6 days a week. I feel stronger and more energetic. 😀

The App makes following a program simple and very do-able. The variety that we can program in allows us to perform the specific things we especially like or want to improve with ease. Our youngest asks to do it, which we are happy to accommodate.
We have had a cellerciser for 3 years. The whole family uses it. All love it.
