## MR. SUB Reviews in Canada

### **--- "No Rewards After App Update"
I used app twice in November after app was updated and I no longer receive rewards.
-- Brewnan, 2024-12-03

### ****- "Love the quality"
Their app doesn’t always with as it should but the food quality is great
-- GrandmaKM70, 2024-12-02

### ***-- "Free sub"
It was impossible to claim free sub and add it to cart. I deleted and redownloaded the app and it worked. Otherwise app is fine.
-- RyanDry38, 2024-11-23

### *---- "Can’t redeem offers"
There’s no way to add a redeemed free sub to cart
-- Panos42, 2024-11-19

### **--- "Free sub isn’t working"
The app won’t let me add my free sub to the checkout page.
-- DJ FRISCO, 2024-11-18

### *---- "App won’t let me reset password"
I can’t use the app because I forgot my password and it won’t send me the email to reset. I have tried several times now to reset my password and it doesn’t work. Yes I checked my junk mail. App is useless if it doesn’t work. Perhaps Mr.Sub wants a malfunctioning app so it saves money and doesn’t have to give up free food that is earned.
-- Squishmunk, 2024-11-18

### ***** "Needs work"
My review is the same as others have already reviewed . The mr sub stores cannot scan the card in the app… i have to read the number to them each time. Also can you let us add a physical card to the app after we have signed up to the app? And as someone else mentioned add it to the wallet on iphone would be really handy.
-- ROCKNROLL4NGEL, 2024-11-05

### **--- "Update apps please"
Please update this app everytime I need to login to the app and my barcode doesn’t scan at the Mr subs. Check out subway apps and offer some daily specials ???
-- Tyokoyama, 2024-08-29

### **--- "Missing locations and times don’t match up"
Can’t order from many locations, they’re not listed on the app. I also wasn’t able to order past 8pm even though my chosen location closes at 10pm. Not good to use.
-- AngelicHolly95, 2024-08-25

### *---- "Can’t Reset Password"
I see another person wrote the same review. Fix your app!!! I can’t get into the rewards because it won’t let you reset your password. When you tap the Reset your Password, it takes you to the page for ordering a sub. 😡
