## Mr Word Description
Mr Word challenges you to a word game with added personality. Even more so, now that Mr Word talks back. 

This update sees the following enhancements: 

- Mr Word chats with you during 1 player game play, just like a real human opponent 
- Improved dictionary (uses the Oxford English Dictionary if installed) 
- High score table, plus keeps track of how many games each player has won 
- more consistent AI gameplay 

Choose 1 player or 2 player modes, and enter your name to begin.

In 1 player mode, you are playing against Mr Word himself. Featuring Genuine People Personality, Mr Word will really give you a run for your money. Sometimes he will offer encouraging comments, other times he can be a little sarcastic - try not to let him put you off. 

Choose a difficulty level, Easy, Medium or Hard, then Mr Word will choose words that a real human would choose (his vocabulary increases in Hard level), and respond to your move in seconds - great for rapid fire play. Now even faster than before. 

If you make Mr Word think for longer than a few seconds, you are doing really well! 

Mr Word will even "spellcheck" your words as you lay them, so you know in advance whether the word you are playing is acceptable. New option: turn off spellcheck for more challenging word play. 

In 2 player mode, your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch becomes a high quality table top board game. Both users can examine and manipulate their letters simultaneously, and the board rotates to face you when it's your turn. 

Mr Word is minimalist and highly playable so you can rediscover the joy of word games. 

Also featuring the Define button - instantly brings up word definitions for all words played. High quality, Apple-supplied dictionary of over 100,000 words. Features definitions from the Oxford English Dictionary so you can learn new words and their meanings every time you play.

Mr Word now offers Premium Subscription. Once subscribed, all advertising is removed from the app, allowing you to enjoy the classic word game with zero distractions. 

Mr Word Premium Subscription is an auto-renewing subscription, at a cost of £0.49 with a duration of 1 year (prices vary in other regions).

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. I really like this game, especially since the developers of Scrabble have messed about with it to the extent that I deleted it.  One improvement to this game would be to show what the score would be for a particular turn, before submitting it.  It's also not clear when your opponent has taken his/her turn.  That's it !  Otherwise very enjoyable.  Thank you.

If you want a constant barrage of ads for infantile games, then you’ll be happy. All with click bait intros claiming they are hard. How hard is it to select a fake plant for a fake garden?!

When you do get to play, perfectly good words aren’t in the English dictionary. Have used this for a while but am going to look elsewhere now.

I started playing this game and was very happy playing against the computer until
Racist words started being used? 
I sent feedback and I received an apology with the excuse when we do an upgrade we will hopefully be able to stop these words being used.
I have now cancelled the game as this has not happened as I’m still getting racist words in my game.

A handy little app for amusement and easy to play with another person without having to set up a proper Scrabble board. It is good in that you do not need to be connected to Wi-fi whilst using it, but you do have to recognise that it accepts some rather strange words and does not accept some obvious ones.
