MRI RentPayment™

Hi all, I have been using the rent payment for more then two years. I have no problem with it, I pay my rent in two part, usually my last paycheck of the month first part of rent then the first of the month payment because I don’t always get my first check the first week of the month. This works for me. I have been in the situation where I had to do my rent in three payments and it works, my rental office will add a late fee to rent pay and I pay it. Never had an issue yet. I love the app for the most important reason I can’t drive nor walk a long distant to the store for a money order. Cans, Ubers and begging someone for a ride to store cost more then I pay on line. I have to problem paying $4.95 to pay my rent out of my bank account or using my cash app card.

Been in this app for a few years it’s still the same problems, you have to redo your password every month to get into your account and when I called the number because I like to pay early, they won’t let me pay it through the computer, it’s a pain in the butt make sure you pay early cause it sometimes takes time to use the regular website.

Always says my password is incorrect. I use a password manager. I tried to reset the password and now it says I’m forbidden. Terrible app and terrible customer service.

I’ve paid the bulk of my rent 834.00 all I owe is 85.00 for the late fee . Not 908.00 . I prefer the old way where I can just pay in person not through the app .

I would give it no stars if possible the app is terrible ever since they changed it and never fixed it. So been using the website.. the website is horrible!!! Why do I have to create a new password every time I go to pay my rent!!! It’s insane literally been this way for the last three mos

One of the worst apps I've ever seen in my life. It takes me forever to get logged on, and it's constantly making me change my password horrible very frustrating

Every time I get in here, it sells me. My password is wrong and then I go and change my password and then it still tells me my password is wrong. I can’t get into the app to even pay my rent or set anything up on top of that, they have the address for me listed incorrectly? The email you sent gives me my username and I’ve reset my password three times. I hate this app. I mean you guys either want my money or you don’t and I’m sure you make enough money to be able to make a user friendly app.

How do you even put such a product out for use. This app never works and constantly tells me to reset my password every month.

Took me forever to figure out a possible valid password, yet, requiring 90 days to change it, lol. Your product manager should be fired.
