عدم الرد وعدم اتخاذ اي اجراء في حقنا كل مرة الطلب خطا ولا حتى تم إرجاع المبلغ ولا تغيير الطلب وصعوبة التواصل والرد ولا يوجد اي رقم فاشششششششششل أتمنى اغلاقه

اسوء موقع توصيل ماانصح فيه والسبب تطلب وبعد وقت طويل تكتشف انه تم الغاء الطلب لان المطعم مغلق او مشغول سيء للغايه

I subscribed to the Black Upgrade, expecting a premium service. However, my experience has been highly disappointing. I placed an order and waited over 40 minutes for it to be assigned to a courier, but it never was. While I understand that demand may have been high at the time, the delay was unacceptable. I ultimately had to cancel my order and use another delivery service. To make matters worse, the customer service experience was frustrating, as I only received automated responses that did not address my issue. Given that I received no tangible benefits from the Black Upgrade, I believe a full refund of my subscription fee is justified.

I didn’t find some restaurants in other app but i found in marsol but delivery fees cost 26 .. double the prics of my order!

ما اقدر اطلب الا اذا حطيت رقمي ولي ٥ ايام اتواصل مع مرسول عبر الموقع والبرنامج بس ما لقيت اي رد وكاني اكلم نفسي لو برنامجكم ما يشتغل لو رقمي ما كان سعودي لا تخلوننا نحمله وخلاص

The user interface is so difficult to reach if u have problem its just that u have to wait for them to open the chat box !!!
