Manage your accounts safely and securely with the M&S Bank app. With a range of helpful features, it’s a convenient way to keep track of your M&S Credit Card, Everyday Savings Account and Personal Loan anytime.
With the M&S Bank app you can:
• Sign in securely with face or fingerprint recognition
• Make payments to your account
• Freeze your card or report a card issue
• Request a change to your credit limit
• View your credit card PIN
• ‘Chat with us’ anytime and get notifications when we send a reply
• Request a Balance Transfer (subject to available offer)
• View and download your statements
• Activate your new credit card

How to sign in to mobile banking
If you’ve not registered for our app download from the App Store and follow the step-by-step instructions.
If you’re already registered for Online Banking, you’ll need your username and password to set up our app.

The chat system is utterly terrible. Took 15 minutes to talk to somebody. The bit didn’t understand the phrase “I think I’ve been scammed”. Really? In this day and age. Finally, a person directed me to a really clunky form to fill in at a different web address.
A financial app should ( and is from other vendors) be much, much better than this.

The M&S Credit Card is so easy to use and the customer service is fantastic.

In the past Credit Cards were a debt trap but with easy to use app it is so easy to make payments and stay on top of your daily spending.

I actually use this card to stay out of debt and not the other way around.

Crashes every time I open it. Can only see a few recent transactions. When you click on “see more”, it freezes and you have to reset the app. Tried it several times. Doesn’t anybody test these updates before rolling them out? Frustrating because I can’t check if a certain transaction has gone through.
