With the M&S Bank app you can:
•	Sign in securely with face or fingerprint recognition
•	Make payments to your account
•	Freeze your card or report a card issue
•	Request a change to your credit limit
•	View your credit card PIN
•	‘Chat with us’ anytime and get notifications when we send a reply
•	Request a Balance Transfer (subject to available offer)
•	View and download your statements
•	Activate your new credit card

How to sign in to mobile banking
If you’ve not registered for our app download from the App Store and follow the step-by-step instructions.
If you’re already registered for Online Banking, you’ll need your username and password to set up our app.

This makes it impossible to check, particularly when making internet purchases, whether payment has bean made correctly or indeed whether you have been charged twice!

Card only worked once in 20-25 attempts. Endless resets and talking to support. Who are nice ,but each person gives a different incorrect answer to a problem. But all of them same they cannot do anything because it is the computers algorithm.  But no one understand the actual rules on the algorithm so can’t help you.

We have just been informed the the £8600 credit limit has been halved. The only payments on this account total approx £20 per month. A payment was unfortunately missed in Nov/Dec as we were in the USA. As soon as we returned the full amount including the £12 charge was paid immediately. This card will be cancelled as soon as the apple debits are transferred.
