Sparks offers
The notifications I am receiving currently through my Sparks app do not apply when I checkout the purchase ~ why bother to offer them to customers ~ I have contacted customer care who confirm they do not apply ~ I feel like contacting consumer rights to report this false advertising !! To date I have been a very satisfied customer with M&S so this service is very disappointing after being a very loyal customer for 50+ years - come on M&S you are better than this

Don’t know what is going on with the app
Recently I have been trying to order through the app and when I click onto each item to view them it shows a blank screen. I clicked on the add sign on item which brought up the size so I could order that way but without viewing the item properly. However when I click on checkout it’s another blank screen. This is a very bad system and has happened so many times. I’ve tried deleting the app and starting again but nothing. It’s really putting me off ordering. Truly annoying! Joanne Darcy
Promotional Offer Improvements
The App should be intelligent enough to apply offers from whatever device customer is logged in from. Offers work on mobile devices but don’t appear to apply when using laptop.
Poor app
The app was extremely glitchy. I had to keep closing it between pages I was viewing. The filter didn’t work consistently. The offer added to the sparks card 3 for 2 on women’s underwear) was not applied which was extremely disappointing.

Offers not being added at check out
The sparks app is hit and miss. I bought items today and the offers were not added at the check out in beauty or lingerie. Plus sometimes it selects UK and then does not allow the change to IRL and crashes.
