Awful customer experience!! I’m at a loss of just under €300! Never received delivery (which they acknowledge) and after multiple communications with an unhelpful customer service they refuse to refund my money. Had to contact consumer protection.
When I select an item to look at, the page is blank and won’t let me shop, this keeps happening the last few months, I have updated the app etc but nothing works
Website slow and sometimes nothing when you click on item. Checked app was up to date. Outside that easy to use
Screen goes blank when we click the product. Have to close the session and open the app again. It works for few minutes and goes off again
so i already had a sparks account which i can login to just fine on desktop computer but wouldnt let me login on my phone (100% sure entering details correctly). so ended up making a new account. added some stuff to basket and when trying to checkout just get a blank white page. tried this a few times. same result. please can you look into this?
Was ordering items and the videos would not play and I had to keep coming in and out to get the pictures of the items to show ..frustrating !
Slow to acknowledge selections. Often must repeat selections several times before the app registers

Unable to select collection at my local store as when I clicked to pay it says select collection date but there is NOWHERE to select the collection date!
How come there is no favorite or a wishlist option? Hate that if I like something it gets lost if I don’t buy immediately. Any online shopping has a favorite or wishlist option.
