The notifications I am receiving currently through my Sparks app do not apply when I checkout the purchase ~ why bother to offer them to customers ~ I have contacted customer care who confirm they do not apply ~ I feel like contacting consumer rights to report this false advertising !! To date I have been a very satisfied customer with M&S so this service is very disappointing after being a very loyal customer for 50+ years - come on M&S you are better than this

Recently I have been trying to order through the app and when I click onto each item to view them it shows a blank screen. I clicked on the add sign on item which brought up the size so I could order that way but without viewing the item properly. However when I click on checkout it’s another blank screen. This is a very bad system and has happened so many times. I’ve tried deleting the app and starting again but nothing. It’s really putting me off ordering.

The App should be intelligent enough to apply offers from whatever device customer is logged in from. Offers work on mobile devices but don’t appear to apply when using laptop.

The sparks app is hit and miss. I bought items today and the offers were not added at the check out in beauty or lingerie. Plus sometimes it selects UK and then does not allow the change to IRL and crashes.

Normally don’t leave reviews but this problem keeps occurring and is very frustrating. 
Whenever I click on a category or an item the next page will be blank and ‘an error has occurred’ will pop up. 
Nothing I’ve tried has been able to fix this issue. App is basically unusable.

Often if I go look at multiple items on the app the product images won’t display. Have to close ap to resolve. Also so annoying that you display sale items that aren’t on sale eg see jumper reduced go into it but it’s not in that colour that’s reduced. Why not just display the item that is on sale?   Especially as the sale colour is often sold out.
Love the sparks offers though and think your range of clothing has got more on trend.

Try to click on image to look at product details and most of the time page is just coming up blank. Constantly having to close the app and reopen to get things to load, even the checkout page. Sparks deals are so limited to what is actually included in offers and so confusing. Can’t leave product reviews or read others reviews.
