People really liked your products I recommend more than 1000 people but in home men and women category more items and varieties needed . Please add more products which is available at marksandspencer.com cause they are not shipping at our address.

I got a gift card with quite a big amount and it doesn’t work on this app!!!! This is so weird, the products I want to buy aren’t available in store so this is absurd. Every store has gift card that works in both physical as well as online store. This is not the case in their UK online store, only in India that’s why it’s completely unacceptable.

I have had a seamless experience experience on the app in the past. However, for a while now the app only shows the home page. Any link I open only shows “there are no items in this category”

I am a long term customer of M&S both in UK and at home in Delhi. I have always praised employees of M&S as being very polite and helpful. Therefore, I was shocked at the conduct of an employee named Mansoor in the store at Mall of India, Noida. 
I was in the section of lingerie looking for the night wear section but there was no one around at 9.30 pm today, 10.12.2024. I called out for help several times and then finally someone pointed me in the correct direction. Once there, I wanted to check the sizes of a particular night suit for women.  However, it was pegged at a level too high for me. So I again I didn’t find anyone around so I repeatedly called out for help. Mansoor was standing 50-60 ft away in section containing the trial rooms directly in my line of sight. He looked at me several times but ignored me again and again. Finally he came. I asked him if he could take down a particular size for me. He point blank refused and told me to call some other staff member. I requested him a few times but he refused rudely. Finally I raised my voice and pulled him up and clicked his photo where he turned away and then I met the section manager named Aman. I complained about Mansoor’s behaviour. He apologised. He informed me that they don’t have a complaint register but I can give online feedback. One employee named Neeraj was witness.

Thereafter, I went to the floor above to the men’s section. Aman and Mansoor then followed me. Mansoor then offered to help me and also apologised but obviously it was a tactic so that I would not complain. This makes it even worse. 

You are requested to take this seriously and take strict action against the said Mansoor. I will wait for information on what action is taken against him.
