Payment doesn’t work and tried paying 3 time in one week on different modes - paytm, gpay and bank!! And no order confirmed - poor

Worst Mobile M&S App. 👎🏼

❌ 14.06.2024 : M&S India Mobile App is one of the worst applications on this planet. Despite repeated attempts Users are not able to login. The same was tried by a Store Manger @Delhi who also failed to login. The app cannot even scan & search for products despite reinstalling it again n again. Not recommended at all & not even 1 star to this stupid App. ❌

Not a very happy experience

Despite placing order and payment made. No confirmation received either mail. The order history in the app is also blank. Call of customer care and was informed of some glitches, which might take another 24-48 hours. Thereafter, either order will be delivered or payment will be refunded.

What’s wrong with your app and site

I am trying to sign in for 2-3 hours… but all in vein. You are sending the OTP and when I m entered that OTP it says password didn’t match…. I have six items in my cart and I am unable to order.. I am a new customer and I am ordering first time from this site/ app
