MS SHIFT’s Bell Desk Management allows for a smooth, easy and accountable bell desk operation. Designed to increase efficiency and improve customer service, your property can reduce the time spent logging and searching for guest luggage.


With the MS SHIFT iOS App, effortlessly record information with a simple scan and a few clicks with your finger. Tailored for the bellmen on the move, bell captains can alert the staff with new luggage claims and bellmen can easily reference and complete jobs on their iOS device.


With digital records, you can eliminate the need for log books and speed up the process of luggage tagging and retrieval. Management can review daily summaries and generate reports.

MS Shift Bell Desk Solution will equip each bellman with a mobile scanner device for Real-Time Communication and Real-Time Job Distribution. The new Auto-Dispatch System will assign jobs based on equal availability, job location and optimization (ie: during check-in, the system auto assigns a checkout at a nearby room, avoid dispatching another bellman to the same area)
