I don’t know how a pretty large company like this can make an almost completely unusable app. Especially when it’s needed for basic things. It’s a buggy mess and hardly works if it even works at all. A single web dev hired off of fiverr for $100 and ChatGPT can put together a better functioning product. Its lack of usability is a feat itself. This will affect repeat customer’s willingness to vacation with MSC. It’s almost 2025 I cannot comprehend how an app can be this bad.

This app either crashes or just says unavailable. You have to just hope you click on it at the right time. Trying to buy a package? Sorry! Blank screen. Trying to check in? Oh sorry, blank screen. This is my second cruise with them and the app only works on the ship when connected to their WiFi. 

It’s a scam to make you pay more at the time of boarding in my opinion. Lock you out so you have no choice

Seems like whoever designed this has never been on the ships or tried to use it. Walk the process. How can I tell what is open tomorrow? Why can’t I book shows for myself and others in my group? Spend the week with your family and friends and use the app developers. So much work needed

Check in didn’t scan passport or driver license and then didn’t accept manual entry for either.  Nothing but error messages.  Get this fixed….its 2024!!!!

The 4.8 star rating has to be untrue. This app doesn’t work for me or anyone else I know trying to use it. It won’t load anything. You’re supposed to be able to add drink packages and stuff and you absolutely cannot do it on the app. Also, the app check-in feature did not work. Had to call and be on the phone for an hour to get checked in.

The app was mostly fantastic for my recent cruise. The only issue was the onboard messaging. Often the app would not show new messages for up to 30 minutes. It affected all our family members as well. Besides that, the ship map, alerts, entertainment reservations, and package information were very easy to access and use!

We tried to book on MSC for Me for the show and had no luck. Stood in line before the show began 30 minutes prior. 14th in line got a stand only spot turned into a very aggressive combative situation with the other guest. It’s unfortunate that when you book the cruise, you’re not guaranteed to see the show I’ve never been on an MSC in the past where we cannot see the entertainment. I realize you’re at capacity on the boat, but everyone should be able to see the shows. I would be rethinking about booking on such a large ship with so many people because the amenities are not available to everyone. I also discuss this with management.unfortunately not happy the outcome.
