When I tried to activate mSHR from HR app, the app asked to install HR app first although I had already installed it.

You were asked for the activation code once you open the apps, but there is no way telling you where you can find the code, I cannot get in the phone no. entered, there is no other information on the login page, what’s the use of the apps then?
