I have called customer service now 3 times yesterday and today and left messages and also sent email. No answer. No responses. I hope there is a reasonable explanation for their unavailability. This was excellent training but resulted in information overload. I needed some way to continue learning at my own pace. Dr Gronseth’s mskNAV course was recommended by an ultrasound training rep as the best online teaching available. I purchased the program and have found it to be far better than I expected. I now use it daily for review and have it in my injection room for guidance. I also find it useful for patient education. I wholeheartedly recommend mskNAV for anyone wanting to increase their ultrasound skills.
